There is no "initial fee" If you call me out. I come to assess AND fix the problem. Then educate on how to prevent the issue. You could save $100's calling me before you call the big companies.

Thorough cleaning of your devices
Top-off refills (with your supplies) for devices that require consumables (ink/paper/filament, etc.)
Walk-thru inspection to ensure all tech is running properly and connected as needed.
Other small tasks such as tightening screws on door hinges, replacing a lightbulbs, testing batteries in the CO2 detectors, etc. (think: "my grandson normally helps with this kind of stuff" types of tasks)
Tech's suggestions for improvements and written list of concerns without pressure to fix and NO SALES PITCH. Just a thank you for trying the service.

3 Week reservation for the next scheduled visit. I will ask you at the end of the first service if you would like to schedule another visit. Once scheduled, I automatically reserve the same date/time for next month. If you don't outright tell me that you want me to come back, that reservation is cancelled 1 week prior to the scheduled date.

Mounting surge protectors and other bracketless devices.
This is the true "Grandson visit" service.

TV Wall Mount Installations $75 / $105 for Assisted installs that do not meet the requirements below:
Up to 50 inch screens that weigh less than 45 pounds. A Tech helper is required for anything larger.
Get your media players and sound equipment installed with Cable Management for an additional $20

T-Smith's Deep Tech Dusting: Starts at $65 for 2 devices. A small fee for excessively dirty equipment may apply but will be discussed prior to service.
Safely Disassembled and dusted on-site **Some devices may require the tech to take to the workshop - which will be discussed prior to service.
Fan Blades, radiators, heat sinks, etc. dusted and cleaned
For computers, in-case cable management included
Re-Thermal Pasting included at customer's discretion
Computer peripherals included (keyboard, mouse, etc.)
One-Time Cable Management: $45
Clean and organize the cables of your devices
No charge for materials needed
$20 if scheduled with your next appointment, regardless of original service request
