Tech Smith White Glove Service Membership
Thorough cleaning of your devices
Top-off refills (with your supplies) for devices that require consumables (ink/paper/filament, etc.)
Walk-thru inspection to ensure all tech is running properly and connected as needed.
Other small tasks such as tightening screws on door hinges, replacing a lightbulbs, testing batteries in the CO2 detectors, etc. (think: "my grandson normally helps with this kind of stuff" types of tasks)
Tech's suggestions for improvements and written list of concerns without pressure to fix and NO SALES PITCH. Just a thank you for trying the service.

One time, scheduled up to 2 days ahead: $35 for up to 3 rooms. Includes:
Coupon for future assistance on our Hourly rates and Flat-rate tasks.
3 Week reservation for the next scheduled visit. I will ask you at the end of the first service if you would like to schedule another visit. Once scheduled, I automatically reserve the same date/time for next month. If you don't outright tell me that you want me to come back, that reservation is cancelled 1 week prior to the scheduled date.
Once the first is completed, you'll have the option to continue my service with the following memberships:

$65 if you also schedule and pay for at least 1 follow-up White Glove Service during the audit, regardless of package chosen.
Full sweep of privacy and security settings for Social media websites, cell phones, tablets, computers, and other smart devices.
Full "White Glove Service" for up to a 3 bedroom home. **4+ rooms/bulk devices, call to get a quote.**
Physical home privacy and security audit which includes installing, securing, and tightening door and window locks/handles, etc. *No electrical work*

Wi-Fi and Network Installation: $65
Set-up and Install Networks (No Drilling/Cutting)

TV Wall Mount Installations $75 / $105 for installs requiring a tech helper.
Up to 50 inch screens that weigh less than 45 pounds. A Tech helper is required for anything larger.
Get your media players and sound equipment installed with Cable Management for an additional $20

T-Smith's Deep Tech Dusting: Starts at $65 for 2 devices. A small fee for excessively dirty equipment may apply but will be discussed prior to service.
Safely Disassembled and dusted on-site **Some devices may require the tech to take to the workshop - which will be discussed prior to service.
Fan Blades, radiators, heat sinks, etc. dusted and cleaned
For computers, in-case cable management included

30 Minute session to Complete Tasks such as:
Setting up/Connecting Devices like Alexa, Stereos, TVs and more.
Lite Cable Management (no supplies provided/needed)

Tightening loose screws, hanging pictures, fixing a seized garbage disposal, etc
Mounting surge protectors and other bracketless devices.
This is the true "Grandson visit" service.
